By purchasing from ShopSurii, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional processing time, typically 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
Standard Shipping (7-15 business days)
Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days)
International Shipping (10-20 business days, depending on customs clearance)
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Orders are shipped from our facility in the United States unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for select orders, promotions, or locations.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us at info@shopsurii.com.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipping.
6. International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Customs regulations vary by country, and ShopSurii is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local customs regulations before placing an order.
If a package is held at customs, the recipient is responsible for providing the necessary documentation and payments required for clearance.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
Certain large or oversized paintings may have limited shipping options. If special arrangements are required, we will contact you after your order is placed.
In cases where shipping to your location is not possible, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If deemed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Stolen Packages: ShopSurii is not responsible for stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If theft is suspected, please contact your local carrier and file a report.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@shopsurii.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
We strive to deliver orders on time, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, carrier issues, customs delays, or pandemics.
ShopSurii is not liable for shipping delays due to force majeure events. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with any issues.
