Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

5. Custom & Commissioned Orders
Custom or commissioned artwork is made-to-order and requires full payment upfront.
Estimated completion and delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, returns and refunds are not allowed unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
6. Discounts & Promotions
All discount codes, promotions, and sales events are subject to availability and terms specified at the time of the offer.
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
